Biden scolds 'MAGA Republicans' after 5th Circuit Court strikes down DACA, orders no new applicants (msn.com)

On Wednesday, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court’s three-judge panel determined the Obama administration lacked the authority to institute the DACA program. However, the court stopped short of judicially dismantling it and said DACA migrants could continue to receive legal protections.

"Today’s decision is the result of continued efforts by Republican state officials to strip DACA recipients of the protections and work authorization that many have now held for over a decade," the president added.

"Held for over a decade."  But have to reapply for it every 2 years.  For prosecutorial discretion.

Someone name me another program that gives you the right to ask on a recurring basis to not be prosecuted for a crime.

That's the Democrat playbook. Just look at what Gubner Hochul did in NY after the 2A SCOTUS ruling. The bitch throws in the most draconian gun laws in the nation and acts like it's going to hold up to challenges. She may get a small portion of it to stick but most of it will go down the toilet after appearing in the courts. Unfortunately there's no punishment for defying Federal laws so they pull the same old stunts like this and "Sanctuary Cities" without any repercussions. I know the DACA ruling was at a Federal level but the playbook is the same on the state level as well.

It's hard to be a Sanctuary City!

but its a great opportunity to run a scam to get Fed and sate money

Eric Adams Declares State of Emergency in NYC Over Migrant Crisis (msn.com)

Mr. Adams said in a speech at City Hall that the city was preparing to spend $1 billion on its response and called for federal and state funding to help pay for housing and services for the busloads of migrants who have strained the city’s homeless shelter system.

“We need help, and we need it now,” Mr. Adams said.

Mayor Eric Adams declared a state of emergency for New York City on Friday as the city struggles to respond to an influx of tens of thousands of migrants from Latin America.

Hilarious and lame: Biden tries to blame Republican governors for his border crisis (msn.com)

“I heard you can get a lot of help out there,” an immigrant’s friend texted him through WhatsApp after news of the Martha’s Vineyard flight spread. “Is it true?” That’s right: The DeSantis flight was so harmful to the migrants involved that migrants from around the world are now lining up, hoping to get similar flights.

The only reason these immigrants are illegally crossing our southern border now is that they are being told by the immigrants already here that the southern border is open, thanks to President Joe Biden. They know that the current Biden administration policy is to catch people illegally crossing the southern border and then release them into the U.S. to go wherever they want.

What happened to the sanctuary city money these cities have received over the years that a few thousand illegals are overrunning NYC (a city of 8M)? And, how have the southern states coped with millions of illegals?

‘ Powder keg’ for ‘disaster’: As migrant surge sweeps NYC, here’s where they’re being housed

Queens is taking the largest share of migrants into emergency shelters set up by the city — fueling what the borough’s president on Thursday called a “powder keg” of crises and creating a “recipe for a social and economic disaster.”

Queens was housing 4,782 migrants, or 32% of the total 14,777 placed in emergency shelters as of Wednesday, according to data compiled by the Department of Homeless Services and obtained by The Post on Thursday.

That share is more than one-sixth greater than the 27.3% that Queens residents contribute to the city’s total population, according to 2020 census data.

“It’s a powder keg in Queens at this point,” said Queens Borough President Donovan Richards.

At what point do Democrats wake up and realize they can accuse him of election fraud for doing this?

Arizona tells Biden it won't tear down its border wall (msn.com)

The Biden administration is privately pushing Arizona leaders to take down its temporary wall along the Mexican border with the promise that the federal government will install a new temporary barrier sometime in 2023, according to a letter obtained by the Washington Examiner.

“The suggestion by any federal bureaucracy, that we take action to make the border easier to cross, is completely unacceptable. Gov. Ducey takes the responsibility to protect Arizona very seriously — that’s why we put up these containers,” said Ducey’s communications director, C.J. Karamargin, in a call Wednesday evening. “What they’re suggesting, that we take them down and make Arizona less safe, is a nonstarter.”

“They want us to take down shipping containers and leave gaps open for who knows how long so they can put up what sounds like a chain link fence,” Karamargin said. “They’re asking to take down something so they can do something that we’ve already done. What Arizona needs is a permanent solution.”

Clark noted that the state was justified in its use of containers on federal land through an exemption in the law and that the containers would remain in place because he had seen no indication that the federal government intended to fill in the gaps.

Looks like a bunch of agents will be losing their jobs, as the invasion must not be stopped.

I'm sorry, but crossing into our country, carrying the flag of another nation is by definition, an invasion.

you forgot the part where they physically attached the border patrol.

should have shot them with real bullets

one shooting would reduce illegal entry by quite a bit

Greg Abbott has exercised the invasion clause of the Constitution, any bets on what Xiden response will be?

Quote

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

Probably sue. As far as securing the border. Nothing, he already said that he is not going to change anything he is doing
