Actually, Denver.  Declared themselves a sanctuary city, had one of the biggest per-capita floods of illegals in the nation, refused any and all federal immigration involvement, and now their immigration crisis is spilling in to suburbs like Aurora.

 

Hard to blame the feds when they're explicitly banned by state/local governments from doing their jobs.
