Why would Trump try to tie the Afghanistan withdrawal to Harris "as a straw man for the failures surrounding the U.S. pullout from Afghanistan..."

I mean, it was his fault, and he's just sidestepping his responsibilities.

I mean, yes, this happened EIGHT PHUCKING MONTHS after Trump left office, but he needs to take the blame.

Who knew?

WaPo knew.

Of note, Prestigiacomo is not the one calling Emhoff a "sex symbol."  She's reporting on the WaPo article calling him that.  https://www.dailywire.com/news/move-over-ryan-gosling-wapo-gushes-over-sex-symbol-doug-emhoff

It's lousy reporting - an article about an article - but she's more even-handed in most of her articles than I'd expected.  https://www.dailywire.com/author/amanda-prestigiacomo

I'm not looking up the original WaPo article, because...well, frankly, I just don't want to.  It sounds awfully stupid.

Sarah Palin Scores New Trial in N.Y. Times Defamation Case (1)

Sarah Palin’s defamation lawsuit against the New York Times over an editorial linking Palin to the shooting of Gabrielle Giffords was revived on Wednesday.

Several “major issues” during Palin’s unsuccessful 2022 federal trial in Manhattan “impugn the reliability of that verdict,” the Second Circuit said.

While the jury was deliberating, US District Court Judge Jed S. Rakoff tossed the case, saying that “as a matter of law,” the news outlet wasn’t liable.

That ruling “improperly intruded on the province of the jury by making credibility determinations,” Judge John M. Walker Jr., of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, said Wednesday.

Rakoff didn’t inform the jury of his decision, but Bloomberg News reported that several jurors deliberating in the case learned from smart-phone push notifications that the judge had said he would rule in favor of the Times.

Reminder: same people who don't think they, relentlessly calling Trump literally Hitler, bear any responsibility for Trump's shooting.

It's weird to ultimately accept that someone you felt was a true voice of your political thoughts was nothing more than someone who whores themselves out for the money.

It's equally disappointing to think I once considered S.E. Cupp to be smart enough to know the difference between a presidential candidate having their first interview once they won the nomination, and the interviews that subsequently take place after the candidate does a solo sit down.

But alas, in the end, I guess I just thought S.E. Cupp was smart because of the way she wore her glasses.

Turns out she just as stupid as the other leftist talking heads.

AND if he did drop out because he agrees with that panelist that he's too old to be holding office for another term, why did he wait until early July to decide that?  Why didn't he let his party's members decide democratically who their nominee should be?

Only an absolute moron believes that 46 would've been fit for another 4 years and that he's been fit for office for all of THIS current 4 year cycle.

And if he's "too old and out of touch," like Trump, then why is Harris embracing the continuation of his policies?

I could never be dumb enough to be a Democrat.

𝕏 stands tall while the once untouchable BBC might just be signing its own extinction warrant. With half a million households every year saying "no more" to their TV licenses, it's clear where the power has shifted.

The so-called beacon of broadcasting, the BBC, now scrambles for survival, contemplating desperate mergers as its audience flocks to where the real conversations happen—on platforms like 𝕏. Here, where every post can challenge the narrative, where real-time information reigns supreme, 𝕏 isn't just a platform; it's the new vanguard of media.

While the BBC grapples with its identity and financial turmoil, 𝕏 users enjoy the unfiltered, the real, the now. The decline of legacy media like the BBC, mired in controversies and fake narratives for too long, isn't just inevitable; it's a testament to the rise of 𝕏, where the community notes feature ensures misinformation gets called out, not called news.

𝕏 isn't just leading; it's redefining the media landscape, proving that the future of information isn't in the hands of the few, but the voice of the many.

Republicans, more pounce to the ounce.

Fox will NOT discuss the reports of election fraud in the 2020 election. Ultimately that's what got Tucker Carlson fired. They are not lilly clean in all this. Airing these stories and reports will help the next election stay somewhat fair.

Their call on Arizona in 2020 was proof to Pravda that they were willing to play ball for some level of acceptance. And then they sacrificed Tucker Carlson. They're still an outlet for conservative voices, but I don't trust the news division.
