Although I will never stop giving them shit for not going with an OC...seriously, when you have this "OC by committee," you end up having no one to work with your 2nd-year QB to identify those situations, and no one in the booth to identify them themselves and call a play to handle it.

 

Their offensive plan, from the coaching on down, is complete asshattery.  How does no one in that organization stop and think "Maybe this isn't the best plan?"

That probably holds true for at least half the teams in the league.  I mean, Jamison Crowder was the Jets #1 receiver, and is something like #4 or 5 on the Bills this season.
