Didn't know who it was thanks for that but yeah, easy enough for anyone to do. Point is though we saw this in 2020 too and I suspect along with AI we're in for a wild ass ride this year

Few thoughts during the first break in the Trump trial today (more to come):

- The only thing more depressing than this courtroom is what’s happening inside it. In that sense, it’s fitting. Feels Kafka-esque.

- It seems like the prosecution’s strategy is they’re trying to bore the jury into conviction. That seems to be the prosecution’s top achievement today: boredom.
- No one can tell you what exactly Trump is being prosecuted for. After this morning’s testimony from Cohen, it’s now *LESS* clear than ever.
- There was an hour of testimony establishing that *Cohen* was the one who submitted the invoices that he said were false. If there’s one person who falsified business records, that’s Michael Cohen…which leaves Trump’s alleged “violation” less clear than ever.
- It was alarming to see some glaring violations of attorney-client privilege in Cohen’s testimony against Trump. Prosecutors asked Cohen to testify about matters relating to Trump during periods where Cohen was his attorney & Trump was his client.

I didn't care for the Swami much during the debates but I don't mind him now, the guy is very intelligent. I saw his presser today live and really it couldn't have been said any better than that.
