Sheppard vs Maxwell I had never heard of and had to look it up and it's pretty interesting but i think there are a lot of other reasons to overturn this case before this one might come up.

Sheppard was accused of killing his wife and the media circus around the trial was classic 1st Amendment vs the defense 14th right to due process. There, just like with Trump the jury wasn't sequestered so had to see and hear many of the ongoings around the courthouse, in particular the Biden Campaign sponsored DeNiro rant the day the jury was to begin deliberation.

Good option if there weren't others already but I doubt it become a focal point of the appeals
