Breaking: Trump charged with inciting a riot after yelling "fight fight fight" following his rally today in Pennsylvania.

What a despicable thing for him to say!

The man knows no shame. He's just sent the innocent demoncrat politicians running for shelter and hiding back in their closets and under their beds. [/ATOP Cornholes]

And the NYC case may be headed to a mistrial on appeal for the SCOTUS immunity decision.

All that's left is that atrocious Georgia RICO case.

that case actually has meat on the bone, which i am amazed by it being the one that stood the only real chance.

compare it to the others - it was the most likely to succeed.

the stormie lawsuit had nothing to it, no real offenses.

the documents case was marred in BS

the rico case was a local case with a lot more possibility to shape the outocme.

The RICO case has no real offense.  They used RICO to retroactively make statements criminal acts that, in the absence of RICO itself, would not be criminal acts.

don't they just need the headlines and grounds to have more ammo to keep him off the ballot?

Why not?  They've been pushing that narrative since 2020.

And several states do have it in their election laws that convicted felons can't be on the state ballot.  Lyndon Larouche, in all his presidential runs, could never get on the ballot in his home state of Virginia because of his fraud conviction.

And if you disagree with any of it...treason, sedition, etc.

It all comes together quite nicely.
