No doubt that the DOJ will get right on that.

MTG is introducing a rider to defund Smith and that sham special counsel, I suggested defunding the entire DOJ  until they come off with Xiden evidence

Frankly, the FBI and most of the IC needs to be defunded. They're so crooked and hyper-partisan at this point that none of the agencies can be trusted.

Yeah, SBU (Sensitive but Unclassified) is a real thing.

As a side note, I wouldn't be surprised of some of the "classified" documents in Trump's indictment are SBU.

What I don’t get is that everyone reading this board already knows the name of the alleged Ukrainian whistleblower in possession of the tapes.

Are we to believe that the FBI not releasing the document is protecting someone from nefarious actors with networks of assassins who have less access to information than a Bills fan message board?

1) Bureaucratic hive-mind.  It's marked SBU, so it's limited distribution.  Thought doesn't enter in to it.

2) If something is classified, even if just marked FOUO or SBU, and it's public knowledge or published, releasing it is still mishandling sensitive info, and illegal.  I had to go through a lot of annoying training back when Wikileaks was a big thing - I'm not allowed to discuss or even read anything on Wikileaks, because even though it's published publicly, I am still bound by rules and regulations concerning handling the information.

So it doesn't even matter if "everyone knows."  Still can't mishandle the info.

Even considering the above, it is still a straight up lie to say releasing it would put that dude in danger.  That’s what is known as bullshit.

Sounds like a backdoor workaround to keep documents classified even though they have been declassified.

This happens way too often in criminal cases too. According to the Constitution (6th Amendment)you have the right to face you accuser but this is waived by the judge in almost every case anymore that the prosecution claims it MAY put the witness in harms way. Problem is, it would have to be states, or the DOJ that would have to challenge it's overuse and that ain't gonna happen.

This is obviously how they get away with having so many paid informants too who since you don't get to face them, can't challenge their integrity which is the very reason that was put in the BOR to begin with

Y'know...I had a root canal last year.  Mutant tooth - abnormally long molar roots, with an extra root going off at a 90-degree angle.  Dentist refused to do it, sent me to an endodontal specialist.  Took her three hours and ten CT scans to just plan the procedure.  Couldn't use power tools, had to go old school and manually file out the root.  Ruined five different tungsten files.  Was her only patient for the day.  Was truly the root canal from hell.

Was fine the next day.

Yeah, this story is complete bullshit.  Or the specialists from Walter Reed are complete idiots.

Your story or the White House? Please Clarify. Thanks, your friend, The Idiot (Fansince88)

The White House story.

Mine's not only true, but on record.  I got a 50% discount, and two free follow-ups, because my endodontist got a published paper out of it.

The Bidens ‘Coerced’ Burisma To Pay $10 Million In Bribes, Says Credible FBI Source

Burisma founder Mykola Zlochevsky wasn’t far from the mark when he said it would take 10 years to unravel the complex payment path that led to Joe Biden.

</snip>

In the FD-1023 from June 30, 2020, the confidential human source summarized earlier meetings he had with Zlochevsky. According to the CHS, in the 2015-2016 timeframe, the CHS, who was providing advice to Zlochevsky, told the Burisma owner to stay away from the Bidens. Then, after Trump defeated Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential contest, the CHS asked Zlochevsky if he was upset Trump won.

Zlochevsky allegedly told the CHS he was dismayed by Trump’s victory, fearing an investigation would reveal his payments to the Biden family, which included a $5 million payment to Hunter Biden and a $5 million payment to Joe Biden. According to the CHS, the Burisma executive bemoaned the situation, claiming the Bidens had “coerced” him into paying the bribes.

The CHS responded that he hoped Zlochevsky had taken precautions to protect himself. Zlochevsky then allegedly detailed the steps he had taken to avoid detection, stressing he had never paid the “Big Guy” directly and that it would take some 10 years to unravel the various money trails. It was only then that Zlochevsky mentioned the audio recordings he had made of the conversations he had with Hunter and Joe Biden, according to the CHS.

</snip>

Further, according to individuals familiar with the investigation, the FBI admitted the CHS’s intel was unrelated to the information Rudy Giuliani had provided the Western District of Pennsylvania’s U.S. attorney’s office — the office then-Attorney General William Barr had tasked with reviewing any new information related to Ukraine.

</snip>

While the FBI’s efforts to unwind the pay-to-play scheme seem to have been nonexistent, banking records released in May by the House Oversight Committee show congressional investigators are unraveling the complex web behind the Biden family business. Those records provide concrete evidence of a pattern of public corruption involving foreign nationals, with Joe Biden at the helm. There are still more banking records to review, along with the many details recently discovered when the whistleblower came forward with the FD-1023.

</snip>

"Credible FBI source."  Now there's an oxymoron.

My neighbor works for the FBI.  He said hello to me yesterday.  Pretty sure he lied.

Yup, people keep saying we need to clean up the FBI but it's way beyond that. It really need to be permanently shut down along with DHS and probably even the CIA

Biden ran for president for two reasons:

1) To help keep Trump from winning a 2nd term

2) To protect himself

3) To protect everyone else that was on the take

1 was the only way to accomplish 2+3. And, it took a massive cheat in key cities and states to get him elected. And people think it won't/can't happen again? Pfffft

Only one explanation for that.  You got this straight from Biden, didn't you?
