It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if the Republican party was alerted to the drop dates for the Democrat actions and they released their news preemptively to soften Biden's blow.

And that is my conspiracy theory for the day :willynilly:

What are the Ds gonna do? They are all out of Trump indictments.

Joe Biden set up private email accounts using fake names including 'Robin Ware' from which he would send and receive government correspondence while vice president, Hunter Biden's laptop reveals
● While he was vice president, Joe Biden would frequently use private email addresses, Hunter Biden's laptop shows
'Robin Ware,' 'Robert L. Peters' and 'JRB ware' were three pseudonyms used on emails that were about both official and family business
● The use of private e-mails are more prone to hacking than government accounts
● Joe Biden's use of private e-mail addresses has parallels with Hillary Clinton's private e-mail server scandal
● As vice president, Biden was to preserve emails involving government work

For at least four weeks in 2016, a worker in the Office of the Vice President, John Flynn, would send Biden his daily schedule to his private email address,  Robert.L.Peters@pci.gov while copying in Hunter, according to Fox News.

There were 10 such e-mails which were copied to Hunter between May 18 and June 15, 2016.

The Robert Peters e-mail address used a @pci.gov domain. The service had been labeled as problematic by the DNS Institute's Domain Name System security report in 2020.

One email from Flynn to being sent to Joe, a.k.a Robert Peters, from May 2016 which was also cc'd to Hunter schedules '8.45am prep for 9am phonecall with Pres Poroshenko' who was the Ukrainian president.

At the time, Hunter was being paid $83,333 a month to sit on the board of corrupt Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings Ltd.

National Archives must hand over records of then-VP Joe Biden's Ukraine activities that 'overlapped' with Hunter's:

● Republicans accelerate Biden family corruption probe after Devon Archer testifies Ukrainian company used Biden 'brand' for influence
● In a letter obtained by DailyMail.com, Chairman Comer asks for 'all drafts' of then-VP Biden's speech delivered to the Ukrainian Rada in December 2015
● Archer gave testimony to Congress that then-VP Joe Biden was on more than 20 business calls with his son
● Joe Biden's 'brand' protected Ukrainian oil company Burisma because 'people would be intimidated to mess with them'

The National Archives is being compelled to hand over records of then-Vice President Joe Biden's activities related to Ukraine, which House Republicans say 'overlapped' with his son Hunter.

Chairman James Comer of the House Oversight Committee sent a letter obtained by DailyMail.com to the Archivist of the United States Colleen Shogan asking for documents contained within the Biden Vice Presidential Records Collection be reviewed in their un-redacted format.

Archer gave testimony to Congress that then-VP Joe Biden was on more than 20 business calls with his son
Joe Biden's 'brand' protected Ukrainian oil company Burisma because 'people would be intimidated to mess with them'

Comer also asks for 'all drafts' of then-VP Biden's speech that he delivered to the Ukrainian Rada on December 9, 2015.

During the speech, Biden touted his anti-corruption efforts in the country and urged an overhaul and reform of the office of the general prosecutor.

At the time, top Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin was investigating oil company Burisma Holdings for corruption - the same company that then-VP Biden's son Hunter was a sitting board member.

"JRB Ware" is almost as stupid as Hillary and Chelsea using "H" and "C" for their clinton.com emails.  :classic_laugh:

There's talk of Arizona indictments.

The chutzpah of these states.  States allowed cheating, Trump called them on it, so let's indict him for pointing out our illegal actions.

AZ better be careful, everything wasn't tossed out of court for "no standing" for the 2022 governorship debacle. That can still go against Hobbs, and once the cheating is proved in court...

Ought to make discovery interesting.

Or thoroughly dishonest.

I'm betting on the second.

BREAKING: U.S. attorney for Delaware David Weiss was planning on ending the investigation into Hunter Biden and letting him off with no charges until the IRS whistleblowers spoke out.

Holy s***.

“Earlier this year, The Times found, Mr. Weiss appeared willing to forgo any prosecution of Mr. Biden at all, and his office came close to agreeing to end the investigation without requiring a guilty plea on any charges,” The New York Times reported.

“But the correspondence reveals that his position, relayed through his staff, changed in the spring, around the time a pair of I.R.S. officials on the case accused the Justice Department of hamstringing the investigation. Mr. Weiss suddenly demanded that Mr. Biden plead guilty to committing tax offenses.”

God bless the whistleblowers

This is the Politico article being referenced above:

In talks with prosecutors, Hunter Biden’s lawyers vowed to put the president on the stand
A behind-the-scenes look at how a plea deal for the president’s son nearly came together before it fell apart.

</snip>

On May 18, another lawyer for Biden sent two Delaware prosecutors — including Lesley Wolf, a senior prosecutor in the Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office — the first draft of a proposed deal, structured so it wouldn’t need a judge’s sign-off and wouldn’t require a guilty plea from Biden.

As part of the deal, Biden would admit he was late filing his taxes for 2017 and 2018, and that he owned a gun while he was using drugs. He would promise to pay any taxes he still owed, to pay his taxes on time for the next five years, and to never own a gun again. The deal would be made public, and it would also cover three corporate entities affiliated with him.

If he upheld his end of the bargain through January 2025, the Justice Department would promise not to prosecute him for anything they’d investigated thus far. The draft wording of that promise was clear and broad: “The Department of Justice agrees not to criminally prosecute Robert Hunter Biden and the affiliated businesses (namely: Owasco P.C.; Owasco LLC; and Skaneateles LLC): (a) for any federal crimes arising from the conduct generally described in the attached Statement of Facts (Attachment A); or (b) for any other federal crimes relating to matters investigated by the United States.”
