Ann
The White House is REFUSING to hand over early drafts of President Biden’s 2015 Ukraine speech where he called for the firing of the Ukrainian prosecutor, Viktor Shokin. These drafts are important as it is believed, based on public reporting, that the then-VP “called an audible” and changed U.S. policy toward Ukraine to benefit his son on the plane ride to Ukraine. Joe Biden later bragged about withholding a U.S. loan guarantee if Ukraine did not fire the prosecutor. If the White House does not permit the production of these documents, our committee will consider the use of compulsory process. Ann
Former Hunter Biden business partner Bobulinski set to testify in House's Biden impeachment inquiry Bobulinski previously produced text messages to the FBI covering his business dealings with Hunter Biden and the Chinese energy company CEFC and has publicly accused the Bidens of lying. </snip> Bobulinski is set to testify at 10 a.m. Tuesday, according to Fox News Digital, which first reported on his appearance. Bobulinksi is a key witness in the GOP-led impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden because of his front row seat to early efforts by Hunter Biden, the president's son, to cultivate a business relationship with the Chinese energy company run by Chairman Ye Jianming. </snip>

Ann
This Special Counsel report on Joe Biden's classified documents scandal reveals wrongdoing far worse than anything pertaining to Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago case. While Joe Biden was a private citizen he stored classified documents pertaining to the Afghan War, foreign policy, and intelligence methods. These were stored in Biden's Delaware garage and at the Penn Biden Center, not the home of a president who had Secret Service protection. "The FBI recovered additional marked classified documents at the Penn Biden Center, elsewhere in Mr. Biden's Delaware home, and in collections of his Senate papers at the University of Delaware, but the evidence suggests that Mr. Biden did not willfully retain these documents and that they could plausibly have been brought to these locations by mistake." (!) "We also investigated whether persons other than Mr. Biden knowingly mishandled these classified documents, and our investigation showed that they did not. In reaching these conclusions, we note the numerous previous instances in which marked classified documents have been discovered intermixed with the personal papers of former Executive Branch officials and members of Congress." 2 2

Ann
</snip> "For all of the classified materials recovered during this investigation, after the vice presidency, Mr. Biden did not receive a written waiver of the need-to-know requirement, and no agency official made the findings required by the executive order," the report states. </snip> 1
