Welcome to the next level "Now that everyone is a tranny, what can I do to stand out?" phase of our decline.

Everyone has to outdo everyone else.

It was like porn when I was growing up. It started with a man and a woman. Then it was a woman and a woman. Then someone was like "We need to get midgets in here. And grab some obese people while you're at it." Next it became "Let's see how many different men can screw one woman in one shooting." Then it was "You know what porn is missing? Farm animals."

The race to the bottom is incredible to watch in ludicrous speed.

Not "trans" rights, performative rights.

Of course, this just leads to Trantifa trying to change the birth registration process so no one's declared anything at birth.

Not to mention, "declared female at birth" is a specific Trantifa term to disparage and denigrate the concept of biological gender...so if that's the phrasing of that bill, it's actually partial confirmation of Trantifa's raging lunacy.

I'm an Oklahoman, and am against the bill, simply because I've yet to see legislation written that didn't, in some way, end up operating counter to the intent.  This one seems rife with those posibilities.

To the 'declared female at birth' thing, I know one instance where that can matter: hermaphroditism.  And I am aware of such a case.  A family friend was born with both, and the docs had to make a choice (or at least made the choice, but that may be handled differently now).  But that's based on the case where you have both, not when you're born with twig and berries, but are just 'feeling pretty'.

Just...do a chromosome test, look for the Y-chromosome.  "Have a Y, you're a guy."

Why is this so mother&#%$ing difficult????  Have a Y, you're a guy.

This was probably 70 years ago, in hickville, but I bet the tech was around, even back then, where that would have been possible, probably just more difficult.

It's surprisingly hard to track down the history of chromosomal testing.  Theoretically, I suppose it could have been done as early as 1920.  More realistically, it would have been done sometime between 1955 and 1980.  So...maybe 70 years ago.

Point still stands, of course.  Can be done today, so...have a Y, you're a guy.

Lost money in the US, gained worldwide.

Bud Light controversy cost parent company about $395 million in lost US sales

The world’s largest brewer is counting the costs of being swept into a controversy over Bud Light in the United States.

AB InBev said Thursday that US revenue fell 10% in the second quarter as sales of its top brand slumped. Sales to US retailers declined by 14%, under-performing the wider beer industry, primarily due to the decline in the volume of Bud Light it sold, the company said in a statement.

Revenue fell $395 million in North America during the period, compared to the same time a year ago.

That figure included sales in Canada, where revenue rose, suggesting the slump was isolated to the United States and that the losses on Bud Light may have been even greater.

The latest results suggest the firestorm has been largely contained stateside. The company maintained its earnings outlook for the year, thanks to a stronger than expected performance elsewhere in the group.

Overall revenue for the Belgian group, which owns other marquee brands such as Stella Artois and Corona, rose 7.2% in the second quarter compared to a year ago, with a particularly strong performance in China.

Revenue there grew 7.6%, with growth “across all segments” and a higher-than-average sales volume for the industry, the company said.

Anheuser-Busch to lay off employees after Bud Light loses spot as top-selling beer to Modelo in May.

AB InBev shares rose about 1% on Thursday.

The brewer also enjoyed double-digit growth in South Africa and Colombia.

Like many other businesses, AB InBev has rolled out cost-cutting measures this year, as it seeks to defend its global lead.

Last week, the group said it would lay off some of its US corporate staff, after Bud Light lost its ranking as America’s best-selling beer to Mexican brewer Modelo in May.

So, at first I thought this was just more of the same mind-numbing asshattery: Xenopronouns

But this is exactly what everyone should embrace if they have an employer who mandates the use of pronouns in email signatures, for example.

Finally, real life usage for Star Wars written languages:

Then be a HR nightmare when anyone tries to pronounce it, and gets it wrong, because it's impossible to get it right, thereby inflicting emotional distress upon you, requiring you to take off for weeks of fully paid mental health leave.

Oh, good.  HR just asked me to update my pronouns.  They're getting them in Klingon.

Edit: Turns out, checking my Klingon-English dictionary (yes, I have one), the Klingon personal pronoun - ghaH - is ungendered.  Can be "he" or "she."

So from now on, I'm just referring to all of Trantifa as "ghaH."

This trans activist who explains how children are like donuts and suggests we wait for them to declare their own gender so they can have their own gender-reveal party.

What's really great is that, by adopting the campaign they alienated their base.  Then by abandoning it, they alienated the people they were trying to bring to the brand.  So they've ultimately alienated
