McD is a players coach and I like what he has done. However he was supposed to be able to delegate this year and make the big decisions. Today was a fail in my eyes.

McDermott may be a good coach Mon-Fri when it's game planning, scheming, motivating his team, etc, but he is flat-out awful on Sunday. Not everyone responds under pressure and he simply doesn't possess the ability to make sensible decisions on the spot or react wisely to sudden changes in the situation.

 

The Bills' endless string of last-minute losses and snatching defeat from the jaws of victory (or at least OT) is not an accident. And it will continue on and on.

It looked ridiculous when our Bills were 2-0 and then 3-0.

I still have the burn wounds.

The blisters are fresh. You guys are rough at times.

Hoodie + JA + our current roster +/- a draft and FA period = Super Bowl within 2 years.

If McDermott remains; we will have wasted the entire Josh Allen NFL career. 

 

Sometimes a coach can take a team from mediocrity to contender but never to champion. We have plateaued under McDermott.

Press Conference? Be careful what you wish for.  I wouldn't trust Terry Pegula to make toast.

Maybe him being absentee, if true, would be the best time to select a new Coach -- though I'm still not in favor of a change.

You ride out this season reguardless. They dismantled the roster. I think we see a turnaround. They got it in them. Just lost it somewhere.

Agree.

It seems to happen every season that there's a glaring problem that takes this Coaching staff 3 games to fix.

Hoping this time it's only two games.  Of those three consecutive road games, this next one has always been the most important to win.
