Samuel, unless he has lost a step, isn't at all slow.  He ran multiple 4.3 40's as a draftee.  He's among the fastest receivers the Bills have had in years.  Why the Bills haven't used him downfield more thus far is the greatest mystery of the '24 team IMO.  FFS, throw him the ball past the LOS.  

 

4.31 is almost in the 4.2's.

Since CMC is hurt and expensive I will spare you guys...There's still Cooper Kupp, Hunter Renfrow is a FA, Maxx Crosby, Riley Moss and I'd take Cooper Dejean since the Bills messed up and passed on him as well.
