Something tells me he might have had a wicked infection on top of the breaks. It looks like he was opened up and cleared out and then had plastic surgery to fill the voids and patch up the dead skin.

While I'm rooting for the Diggs pick to improve, this really sucks.  Hopefully he dodges a bullet and it's not a complete tear.
