Our dog thst passed about 8 years ago was a lab/retriever mix. Looked like a black retriever.  Never met a person who he didnt like save one of the kids grandfathers that my wife used to watch.  Whenever he would pick up the kids even with a treat the dog. Didnt trust him. Shortly after we found out the dogs sensor was correct.

My Rott/Lab mix was a great dog. When our oldest was a todler the dog never left his side. Even the time Jr got a fist full of doggie balls and squeezed before we could react. The dog just looked at us as if to say, "hey, a little faster please".
