When choosing who to fill a job that important has "ability to actually do the job" as at BEST the 3rd critierion; we have a situation where a really disasterous outcome might be the result. So, Mayorkas can harp on the critcisms being directed at women; but that's really a red herring. The issue is one person simply wasn't big enough to be in the role she was placed and the other person sure does seem to be incompetent. Neither of which is necessarily a condition of having been born a female. And that he's trying to make it a sexist thing is really poor form. It's not a male/female thing; it's a competence thing. It was how green she appeared. You hire people for a job they can do. Not hire for them to have a job. I feel bad for the lady. Agree 100% with this. If you are in charge of the SS you should have previous upper law enforcement experience.
