It only matters when your opponent doesn't have the horses to take away your number 1 without constantly tipping their hand.  That's when the best WRs tend to feast because they can win without scheming them into a matchup problem.

Diggs used to just murder the Fish, for example.

We're going to find out if Brady is able to utilize him. He damn well better. Cooper has been a dude who keeps his head down and just produces no matter where he goes.

No matter how average his QB is.  265 yards in a game from ancient Joe Flacco?  Seriously?

This is Coop's thread but, this seems relevant to me in some way.

Watching that video you posted reminded me of a pass Josh threw last night. I don't remember who he threw it to but... it had to have been the slowest ball Josh has ever thrown. He took so much off, watching some of Flacco's passes reminded me of it. Touch might be the last thing his arsenal needs.

Read that stat again.

Two yards of that is probably DBs trying to intercept Watson's woefully inaccurate passes.

I love the trade but I really love how this team is consistently able to attract top talent that just wants to play with Josh Allen.

Before Josh, when can we ever say that ?

It's been a long time.  James Lofton wanted to play with Kelly.  Philly tight end Keith Jackson was another but the trade needed never happened.  Kenneth Davis also with Kelly.  All players who had options other than Buffalo.

MVS is being cut to make room for Coop per Ian Rappaport.

Frank Gore Jr survives another day, and we get rid of Temu Gabe Davis.

So, realistically,  how much playing time does he get this week?

I'll bet, for some inexplicable reason, it's less than Mack Hollins.

I'd guess they get him up to speed on a couple of packages and use him there until he has time to absorb the whole offense. I think one of the coaches on the staff was with him in the past, so should help with 'onboarding' Coop.

Rasul was in the rotation pretty quickly last season.

Couple points:

Is he better than MVS? Yes, probably.

He's 30.

Has he ever had a GREAT season? Many years ago, on the Raiders.

It's not like we're bringing in a prime Jerry Rice here.

It's an OK move.

It’s OK by me, and probably gets us one or two more wins this year. IMHO

Considering the Bills are going up against Levis at QB, he would probably catch more balls if they just put him in at a defensive back position this week.
